Terms of Service

By accessing or using any service provided by ManifikTech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User" or "Client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

These Terms govern all users, clients, and partners who access our digital marketing, technology, or advisory services.

ManifikTech provides digital technology and marketing services including but not limited to:

• Performance marketing strategy, campaign execution, and ongoing management
• Custom software and web development
• Social media management and paid social advertising
• Data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
• Growth strategy consulting and advisory

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

As a client of ManifikTech, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information throughout your engagement with us
• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising standards
• Refrain from using our services for any unlawful or deceptive purpose
• Not submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any breach immediately

All strategies, frameworks, code, creative work and methodologies developed by ManifikTech remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of original brand assets they provide. By submitting materials, you grant ManifikTech a limited licence to use them solely for service delivery purposes.

Payment terms are specified per service agreement. In the absence of specific terms:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may accrue interest as permitted by applicable law
• All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Services may be paused in the event of non-payment following due notice

Both parties agree to protect the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, technical specifications, and financial data. This obligation remains in force for three (3) years following the conclusion of any agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManifikTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the written service agreement. ManifikTech reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of material breach, including non-payment or violation of these Terms. All outstanding fees become due immediately upon termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. We encourage good-faith resolution before formal proceedings are initiated.
